Please enter me in the events listed below.  I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release any and all rights to claims I may have for damages against Gatlinburg Scottish Festival & Games, Inc., their agents or representatives, or any injuries I may suffer during said Gatlinburg Scottish Festival & Games.  I further agree to accept and to act according to the rules of the Scottish Official Board of Highland Dancing and of these games.

All Highland Dance contestants will receive complementary admission.  PLEASE enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope for your ticket.  Age will be reckoned as of the day of competition, May 15, 2010, and proof may be required.  Age group will be determined by the number of entries received.

FEES:

(Before May 1, 2010) Primary, $15.00;     Pre-premiere, $20.00; Premiere, $25.00

(After May 1, 2010) Primary, $20.00;     Pre-premiere, $25.00; Premiere, $30.00

The Federation of U. S. Teachers and Adjudicators (FUSTA) retains $1.00 of each fee collected.

Checks must be payable to Gatlinburg Scottish Festival & Games in U.S. dollars.

DEADLINE:

You are strongly urged to submit your entry with fee prior to May 1, 2010.  No field entries will be accepted.
